Honestly, I was such an avid coffee drinker (I normally have 3-4 shots of espresso, but these have saved me so much time and money. I was a student, and to be honest, the long nights of studying and the hours I had to put in for working and going to school are exactly why I used these. I know they are marketed for fitness, but these were INCREDIBLE for my full-time student status. I’ve been buying from them for about three years now, and I don't plan on stopping. My friend and I found NRG Lyft at a marathon in Big Bear, and I haven't stopped purchasing from them since. I honestly notice a difference with these chews.

The flavor may not be for everyone, but you're not buying these for flavor, you are buying these for straight forward ingredients an their affect, and for that, these are fantastic.

I love it. Taking caffeine (with the beetroot included) gives me the energy I need and gives me more flexibility with my drink and fuel choices since I can keep the caffeine separate.

i didnt get my item due to the delays in shipment. the package was never sent out and was only discovered when i emailed after several days. i left the country a day before the item is schedule to arrive. also you need to improve in replying to emails. i sent several emails and never got a response except for one. i requested for a refund.

I don’t know whether it’s the B vitamins or what but this product gives me both a physical and a mental lift. I have been using this product since it was introduced to me last fall. I use it Amott exclusively for my caffeine intake. 🧡

The chews are perfect for my long runs and my half marathon races. One chew thirty minutes before a run , and one about halfway through is all that is usually needed to keep the energy up. They are not cloyingly sweet, which is a plus.
