I love this product so much! I don’t drink coffee or soda, so this is my only source of caffeine. It works wonders on my long runs! It keeps me energized for 15 plus miles and my focus on the trail is unmatched! My 18 year old son started using them the swim team and they have helped his energy as well! I sometimes will use these during the day as well when I’m feeling sluggish and it gives me energy throughout my day and gives me extra focus to complete my work tasks. My only my regret is not finding this sooner!

I've already written a review before, but that's why I keep buying from them. I use it for working out and having a sustainable source of energy if I have a long workday etc.
